Deacon Darrell L. Moulton, Sr. Chairman/CEO
Darrell, an ordained Catholic minister, has dedicated his life to the transformation of offenders. Darrell has been involved with Covenant House, the Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Office of Correctional Ministries and was prison chaplain at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Darrington Unit in Rosharon. With over 17 years of hands-on involvement with prison ministries and social services, Darrell thoroughly understands the needs of offenders and what they require to stop the revolving door of recidivism. His knowledge, understanding and wisdom have guided Catholic New Creation, Inc. from simply a vision, to a reality.
John O'Donnell
Director, Isaiah House Project
John has been the catalyst of our mission and this has resulted in the opening of the Isaiah House Project. John thoroughly understands the reasons of recidivism, but also wishes to make it very clear that enhancing public safety, personal accountability and community service, are on equal par with ex-offender transformation. John has over 30 years of experience in global sales, marketing, business ownership and strategic planning. Four years ago, John, a no-nonsense fellow, did not have the least bit of interest in helping prisoners. He can only explain his about face by saying it was nothing less than God's calling. John is not only the Director of the Isaiah House Project, but also a volunteer chaplain at Texas Children's Hospital and the Catholic chaplain at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Carol Vance Unit in Richmond, Texas. John is humbled to serve the ex-offenders and his community. John thoroughly understands what is necessary for offenders to be successful, law abiding community leaders.
